The exhibition focuses on the artistic work of the co-founder of the magazine "de Stijl"/1917), Bart van der Leck (1876-1958) with the relationship between image and space, color and form.
Abstraction and representation as well as the relationship between color and space and their reference to architecture are examined. Eight contributions from a wide range of media by international contemporary artists take a dialogue on van der Leck's current issues.
