Flow and Form, Fluss und Form, 2018-19

Permanent controllable light art with 32 LED-light modules and programmed compositions for three facades of the Neckarhalle at Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany.

The three exterior walls of the hall are rhythmicaly activated and set into motion by programmed white LED-lines (ea 2 m to 5 m). The composed loops with la range of different white light qualities from orange-white light to daylight white allow manifold associations. With its different composed rhythms and intensities this permanent art work relates in many ways to the existing architecture, to its activities and to the surrounding environment.
